Essential question:
What should the teachers do or in what kind of technique should they teach their students with many different kinds of intelligences?
Today in schools, we can see that the teachers only focus on improving our mathematical and verbal intelligences rather than focusing on other multiple intelligences. But I believe that they should use other techniques and activities in class to help students with different intelligences improve their kind of style and abilities. For example, let's say we are reading a Shakespeare piece during English class. This might not apply directly to bodily or kinesthetic intelligence but we could make some students memorize their lines of a character in the book and act the scene out, maybe in a modern way. This could also helps the students improve in their visual and spatial intelligences because they could visualize the scene and even learn how to analyze and read between the lines in the script- to get into character by also at the same time improving existential intelligences. But if there is acting, there should be some art related too! What we could do is, draw a character map for the Shakespeare book we are reading in class. This will again definitely help us in improving existential intelligences, visual intelligences especially because good art skills will always make things look better than a sloppy one. We could also relate ourselves and our society to the society during the Shakespearian period which might help both intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences. We could also maybe make a radio-drama with some parts of the Shakespeare book and make our own radio; this could help students who are highly good in musical or naturalistic intelligences improve their skills more by using many effects of what we can use in our daily lives (and of course with some amazing songs and musics). But also for graduation intelligences, I think nobody has the rights to judge someone with a specific intelligence because it all depends on us and what we are really good at. Schools should definitely give more advantage on how hard someone work on a specific category, or how much effort they give for school works. We have to know that no one is good at everything and nobody has all the intelligences of what there can be because we all like and dislike different things; we end up majoring in various categories we are interested in. Therefore, I think the teachers should use many different kinds of techniques and activities to help all of us; all the students in the world.
